CDYLC is a place where many youth come and realize their potential. The potential in discovering how and what type of leader they can be. You will learn more about yourself, find hidden talents and hone in the abilities you already have and improve them. Those improvements will turn you into a better leader, that fits the life you want to live. Whether it be in your workplace, your advocacy volunteerism, your studies, your future goals in anything you are desiring to reach out for. 

You are a leader for the deaf and hard of hearing youth in Canada, but here you will discover what kind you are and leave with new friends, new knowledge and new motivation, plus all the networking to support those new tools.
